Learning outcomes: Student knows and understands: the potential threats to the natural environment resulting from the production of food insects; the principles of ecological animal production with particular emphasis on food insects. Student can: the student is able to lead a team / farm taking responsibility for the achieved results; is aware of the opportunities and threats resulting from running a business in the animal production sector; the student is able to independently design and verify innovative systems for the maintenance of utility insects, make a detailed economic analysis and modify each stage of the production of food insects and their products
